Arrival

Guest are welcome to arrive any time after 4:00 PM, please arrive no later than 4:20-4:25 as the ceremony will start at 4:30! We will have refreshments, lawn games and a wedding guest book that needs signing. We encourage you to arrive early and enjoy the view.

Driving

If you plan on driving to the wedding, there will be parking available onsite. Parking attendants will be there to direct you where to park, handicap parking is available.

If you enjoy one too many drinks, please take the shuttle back to the hotel. You are welcome to leave your car overnight and pick it up in the morning.

Shuttle

The Two Shuttle Locations:

1. Railroad Street (In front of the Courtyard by Marriott Santa Rosa)

2. AC Hotel by Marriott Santa Rosa Sonoma Wine Country

If you are staying at the Hyatt Regency, please walk out the main entrance to Railroad Street, situated between the Hyatt and the Courtyard Marriott, to catch the shuttle.

Shuttle to the Venue:

3:25pm departure from the AC Marriott, 300 Davis Street, Santa Rosa

3:40pm departure from 175 Railroad Street (In front of the Courtyard by Marriott)

*Shuttle drivers will be in contact with each other. Once a shuttle is full, it will depart for the venue. Another driver will circle both hotels to pick up any extra passengers. We don't want to leave anyone behind! Front desk of your hotel will have a contact for the shuttle if any issues arise. Please be on time for departure to speed things along.

Transportation will be provided by Thunderstar Stages. "Maddy & Alex's Wedding" will be displayed on the window so you know you're going to the right place!

Return Shuttle:

8:45pm: Return to both hotels (AC & Marriott)

9:00pm: Return to both hotels (AC & Marriott)

10:30pm: Final buses back to both hotels (AC & Marriott)
